Silicon Carbon Alloy

Si-C alloy is a new type of alloy used for converter, commonly referred to as silicon carbon alloy, also known as high carbon silicon. It can replace ferrosilicon, silicon carbide, and carburizing agents, reduce the amount of deoxidizer, and be used in the deoxidization and alloying process of converter smelting. The effect is stable, and the chemical composition, mechanical properties, and internal control quality of steel grades are superior to traditional processes.
